We will have an approximately one-hour discussion regarding care and well-being in the time of the pandemic, hosted by Mia Zamora (Kean University, New Jersey, USA), Maha Bali (American University in Cairo), and Kate Bowles (University of Wollongong, Australia) regarding these multifaceted topics.
We can all share stories from our personal experiences. It is also vital that we explore international and intercultural viewpoints regarding care in our communities. The conversation is open and we want to invite individuals from all over the world to jump in to see what we are doing to cope and adjust, as students, educators and quite simply, as human beings. All of us have a voice outside that of our academic circles, including but not limited to, families, friends, etc. Your voices matter. They create a rich tapestry of insight and are especially valuable in this moment in time.
Each individual who would like to attend should fill out this quick google form so that we can forward you the Zoom link & password to join.
This will be an insightful time to connect and meaningfully grow our networks. We hope that you will be available to join and add your voices to the discussion. Please be well and stay safe.
